Help Wanted

Hello!  Believe it or not, we are in the planning stages for next year's PTO.  We are, as we speak, working on securing the committee chairs and board members for next year. As of right now, there are a few holes and we are hoping for your help.  If any of the below openings interest you, please contact me!

BOOK FAIR Co-Chair - Book fairs happen 2 times a year, usually October and April.  The duties of organizing and finalizing the fair are split between the co-chairs.  The bulk of the effort is spent during the week the book fair is actually at school. Another co-chair will help lessen the "load" a bit.

ENTERTAINMENT BOOK Co-Chair - The Entertainment Book sale usually starts at the beginning of the school year (end of August) and wraps up in October.  A co-chair is needed to help with the daily collections of books and cash as well as receiving and distributing the books and prizes.  This is great way to help with a limited time frame and our chair from last year is returning to help guide you!

KIDS CARE CAMPAIGN Chair and Co-Chair - Since this was the first year, the PTO Board handled the Kids Care Campaign which lasted during the month of February.  The results at the school were awesome and we hope this campaign can carry on!  (See results below)

PTO BOARD - The board positions are all open as well for next year.  If you know of someone interested, think someone you know would be a wonderful addition to the board or you would like to join in, just fill out the nomination form and turn it in the office.  Of course, all persons nominated are confirmed as having interest before being place on the ballot...

THANKS SO MUCH FOR CONSIDERING....Julie

Moye donated two grocery carts full of food to the O'Fallon Food Pantry, over $228 dollars to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, earned over $209 for the Juvenile Arthritis Foundation, and over $12,000 for the Jump Rope for Heart campaign.

For the March of Dimes, we collected over $922!  The winning pizza party goes to the class who raised the most money---- it was a really close race and was decided by just a few dimes!

Congratulations to the winners, Mrs. Pate’s 4th grade class!!!

Well done Moye and thanks to everyone!
